This Privacy Policy describes how Falcomply collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Falcomply’s website(s), demo/trial experience, and related services (the “Service”), including falcomply.com and subdomains such as trial.falcomply.com.
1) Information We Collect
A. Information you provide
- Contact details: name, work email, company name (for example when requesting a demo or contacting us).
- Account details: email, password (or other auth data) and profile/workspace information you provide in the trial/demo experience.
- Customer Content: marketing collateral and related materials you upload or submit for review, such as ad copy, emails, landing pages, social scripts, logos/visuals, and longer-form content.
- Guidelines and frameworks: internal policies or rules you submit to customize what gets checked (available on certain plans).
- Communications: emails or messages you send to us (support, feedback, requests).
B. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and interactions with the Service.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP), and diagnostic logs.
C. Scheduling / demo booking
If you book a demo through scheduling links or submit demo forms, you may provide contact details (name, company, email). Scheduling may be handled by third-party services (for example, Google Calendar appointment scheduling).
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including generating compliance findings, suggested rewrites, and enabling exports/audits and review history.
- Support collaboration and workflow features such as tracking changes, versions, and approvals (where available).
- Maintain security, access controls, and audit logs.
- Communicate with you about demos, the product, support, and updates.
- Improve the Service (debugging, performance, reliability, and feature development, including roadmap items).
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3) AI Processing and Infrastructure
Falcomply processes Customer Content to produce Outputs (e.g., risks flagged and rewrite suggestions). Falcomply is hosted on AWS infrastructure and uses AWS Bedrock as part of its AI stack, as described on our site.
4) How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers and subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, storage, security, analytics, customer support, and AI processing). This includes AWS infrastructure and AWS Bedrock for AI processing, as described on our site.
- Scheduling providers if you book a demo through third-party scheduling links (for example, Google Calendar appointment scheduling).
- Legal and safety disclosures when required to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or prevent fraud/abuse.
- Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, financing) where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
5) Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to:
- Provide the Service (including keeping review history and audit trail while your account/workspace is active), and
- Meet legal, security, and operational requirements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hi@falcomply.com. We may retain limited records (e.g., security logs) where required or for legitimate business purposes.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and audit logging as part of our platform’s security posture. No system is 100% secure.

You may:
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hi@falcomply.com.
- Opt out of non-essential communications by using unsubscribe links (if provided) or by contacting us.
8) Cookies and Similar Technologies
