• The tool you’re using (Web app, Word add-in, etc.)
• A short description of the issue
• A screenshot or screen recording (if possible)
• The time the issue happened and your timezone

Common Questions

Where do I see my review results?

Your results appear inside the Falcomply app after submission. If you submitted through an integration, results will show within the add-in UI and also be stored in your Falcomply workspace.

My content upload failed

Try:

• Refreshing the page and retrying
• Using a smaller file size or exporting to PDF
• Checking you’re on a stable internet connection
  If it still fails, email support with the file type and approximate size.

The AI output looks wrong or incomplete

Falcomply provides AI-assisted compliance feedback, which may be incomplete or incorrect depending on context. If something looks off:

• Add more context (audience, channel, region, product specifics)
• Re-run the review with the correct framework selected
• If you believe a result is a false flag, send us the submission and we’ll investigate

I need help choosing the right framework

Email us what industry you’re in and the type of content you’re reviewing (email, ad, landing page, social) and we’ll recommend the best starting framework.
